If in stock, smaller items like accessories, lighting, footstools, rugs, and dining chairs are delivered to mainland UK within 5 working days via our approved courier.
If your order includes both larger furniture items and smaller accessories, they will likely be dispatched separately. Larger furniture items will be delivered by a team of 2-4 persons, while medium-sized items will be delivered by 1-2 persons for safe and efficient delivery.
While we strive to deliver your order on the promised date, unforeseen delays can sometimes happen. Rest assured, we will promptly reschedule your delivery if needed. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. Additionally, your items may be shipped from different locations and arrive at different times, but there will be no additional charges.
Please ensure that access routes are clear for a smooth delivery process.

Bespoke or Made to measure Furniture Return Policy
Under UK law, bespoke and made-to-order furniture items are customized specifically for your needs, and as such, do not have the same return rights as standard products.
Right to Cancel:
For bespoke furniture, there is no automatic right to cancel or return the product once your order has been confirmed. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to items that are made to order or bespoke.
Faulty or Not as Described:
If your bespoke furniture arrives faulty, is not as described, or does not meet the specifications we agreed upon, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order, and we will resolve it promptly.
Exceptions:
If you are not satisfied with your bespoke furniture for reasons other than faults or discrepancies with the order, we are unable to accept a return or provide a refund, as these items are made specifically for you.
We recommend carefully reviewing your order details before confirming your purchase, as all bespoke items are made to your specifications.

Standard Products Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve changed your mind or are unhappy with your standard product, you can return it under the following conditions:
Right to Cancel:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for standard products within 14 days of receiving the item, for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us within this period. After this time, we may not be able to accept your return.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Please ensure the product is returned with all original tags and accessories.
Faulty or Not as Described:
If the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please notify us of any issues with your order as soon as possible so we can arrange a resolution.
Return Process:
To return a standard product, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will guide you through the return process and, if applicable, provide a return label or arrange for collection. Refunds will be issued once the returned product is inspected and processed.

Standard Products:
You can cancel your order for standard products within 14 days of receiving your items, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To cancel, please contact us within this period, and we will guide you through the process. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to return the item to us in its original, unused condition to receive a full refund.
Bespoke Furniture:
As bespoke furniture is made specifically to your order, you do not have the legal right to cancel once the order has been placed, unless you are within the first 7 days of ordering. After this period, cancellations, amendments, or returns are not possible. If you do wish to cancel within the 7-day window, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will issue a full refund.
